  • A mobile bar is a fully portable cocktail bar service that brings the entire bar experience to you. The Boojee Boozy sets up a handcrafted mobile bar cart at your event space, mixing and serving world-class cocktails anywhere in Columbus or across Ohio. Prior to your event, we schedule a consultation to design your drink menu, explain Ohio liquor purchase laws, and walk you through our booking process.

  • The Boojee Boozy proudly serves all of Ohio. While we’re based in Columbus, we regularly travel to Cleveland, Cincinnati, Toledo, Dayton, and surrounding areas. If your venue is in Ohio, there’s a good chance we can bring our mobile bartender services to you.

  • Our services are available for private events only (invitation-only gatherings). These include weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, birthdays, retirement parties, tailgates, and more. If you’re planning a private event in Ohio, we’ll help you elevate it with a professional bartender service.

  • Unlike typical bar catering that offers beer, wine, and a few basic mixed drinks, The Boojee Boozy curates a cocktail menu tailored specifically to your event. Guests can request custom drinks, explore unique recipes, or even ask our bartender to “surprise” them. We’re here to make your bar experience as memorable as the celebration itself.

  • Our full-service bartender package includes:

    • 5 hours of professional cocktail service

    • A handcrafted mobile bar cart setup

    • Curated cocktail menu

    • 1 expert mixologist + 1 bar host

    • Real glassware and premium ice

    • Fresh juices, mixers, and garnishes

Alcohol & Ohio Liquor Law FAQs

  • No. Under Ohio law, alcohol must be purchased by the client. The Boojee Boozy cannot sell alcohol, but we’ll construct your liquor order with a trusted local vendor to ensure the right amounts and selections for your custom cocktail menu.

  • Clients pay for alcohol directly through a licensed vendor. After your consultation, The Boojee Boozy will build a recommended order, and once you’ve purchased, the vendor will deliver it to your event location. Any leftover alcohol is yours to keep.

  • Yes! We provide expert guidance, create your order list, and can even accompany you to place the order. This ensures your cocktails taste perfect and you stay compliant with state law.

  • Yes. Our services are fully insured, and our bartenders are ServSafe certified, providing peace of mind for your event.

  • No. Per Ohio law, mobile bartenders cannot carry a liquor license or permit, nor we will help you obtain a temporary permit. We recommend you speak with your venue about whether a temporary permit is required for alcohol to be served.   • Our Premium Package:

    up to 10 guests = $800

    11- 20 guests = $1,200

    20+ guests= add an additional $15 per person

    +cost of alcohol (purchased separately in accordance with state law)

    Dry Hire service starts at $100/ hour (required minimum 3 hours or $300)
